Cancellation Policy
Please note that cancellations are accepted only by call or voicemail at 508-990-9909. Weekday appointments require a minimum of 48 hours notice in order to avoid a full appointment time-reserve fee for a 50-60 min. session or a 90-min. session. Cancellations for Sunday appointments require a minimum of 72 hours notice, or by Thursday, as the office is closed Fridays and Saturdays, in order to avoid a full appointment time-reserve fee. There is no fee in cases of illness or unforeseen medical emergencies. Cancellations are only accepted by call or voicemail. Please note that insurance does not cover missed appointments or late cancellations.
